FRIED CHICKEN (For Uduk Recipe)
Groceries:
1 chicken, cut into 8 pieces
200 ml coconut milk
200 ml of water
1 tsp acid Java
cooking oil
Seasonings, puree:
6 eggs onion
4 cloves garlic
4 items hazelnut
1 tsp coriander
½ teaspoon cumin
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp salt
Method:
1. Boil the chicken with coconut milk, water, and spices to permeate and flavor chicken is tender. Lift.
2. Drain chicken, fried in hot oil until golden brown and a lot of and dry. Remove and drain.
