500 g boneless chicken, cut into pieces
cooking oil
Marinade, mix together:
3 cloves garlic, grated
3 eggs, onion, grated
1 tablespoon soy sauce
½ teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
Flour Seasoning, mix together:
100 g flour
50 g rice flour
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Stir the chicken pieces with marinade until blended. Let stand for 1 hours to allow flavors to infuse.
2. Roll the marinated chicken pieces into flour mixture until Seasonings average.
3. Fry in oil over medium heat much until golden brown and dry.
4. Remove and drain. Serve warm.
Serve for 4 peoples
